One in 4 people suffer from mental health problems each year. We all have physical and mental health and just as we need to look after our physical health, we need to take care of our mental health too.

At Thrive Health Solutions we offer a range of therapies to help with issues such as, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, fears & phobias, Seasonal affective Disorder (SAD) depression/ postnatal depression and stress. Some of these problems can be related to our emotions whilst others could be due to a lack in nutrition, and sometimes you just need to talk and be listened to.

We work compassionately with you to help alleviate problems and empower you with techniques to help deal with your mental health problems.  Here are a few of the techniques we use.

  • EMOTION CODE – Emotional Release therapy
    By using muscle testing and a series of questions we can find negative emotions that have become trapped in the body.  We use the meridian system to release these emotions.

 

  • PAST TRAUMA RECALL (PTR)
    Sometimes events or traumatic experiences that have happened in the past can stay with us and cause problems in later life. This can put us at risk of mental, emotional and physical health problems.  You may experience sleep problems, anxiety or flashbacks of events that are held in your subconscious. PTR taps into the time in your life when the situation occurred.  We use a combination of techniques to remove help remove the emotional attachment and trauma caused by the event.  We use a combination of techniques to do this including the use of flower remedies, indigo essence (particularly good for children) emotional stress relief and emotional freedom techniques (tapping).

We may also recommend some of our other treatments if we feel this is appropriate.
